Luxurious house w/largest hot tub & perfect retreat!

A perfect weekend getaway in the poconos. Positive: We had a great time with our stay! The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. There was plenty of beds/rooms for our group while still having plenty of space for some peace and quiet if needed. Also, the hot tub was a fan favorite for our guests😊. Additionally, the property owner was very responsive and understanding. Any questions/comments we had were answered as quickly as possible and the owner was always very friendly. Would definitely rent again! Negative: Nothing!

Fantastic family get together. Positive: The location was great. Large enough for 14 people. Nice hot tub, fire pit, indoor and outdoor cooking area. Enjoyed recreation area in basement. Negative: The house and grounds need some cosmetic care.

House was perfect! Positive: Comfortable, clean, hot tub was awesome! Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The location was good and our group enjoyed our time (with little part due to the home) Negative: However it was not exactly clean when we arrived, we found a few bugs and a decent amount of grime. Also many things were broken or did not work right. There was only hot water in two bathrooms, the appliances did not work very well if at all, some doorknobs were broken. This would not have been a big problem if the renter did not attempt to charge us for things we just flat out did not do and was there upon arrival. We were also charged 200 dollars to “replace 3+ comforters” which we left about as clean as some one can after sleeping in (and the laundry machine was broken). Which again was shocking being that all the bedding and decorations were obviously extremely cheap. There was also an inclusion that we flushed a fork down the toilet? Which sounds pretty ridiculous and just did not occur while we were staying. Our group understood that there was some cleaning fee which would be understood however the prices and problems we were given was frankly kind of absurd. We were also charged about a month later which is just ridiculous.

Great place to go with a large family, the host was very friendly and quick to answer texts. Positive: The coziness and the tub Negative: It should be a little more updated
